1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, date of birth and country if you provide them. Verification data: identity document images and a selfie if you submit KYC. Payment data: payment method, sender number, transaction ID and screenshots you upload for deposits and withdrawals. Activity data: trades, balances, transactions, support messages, login times and IP address, and technical data such as browser type.

2. How we use it

To run your account and process trades, deposits and withdrawals; to verify identity and prevent fraud, abuse and money laundering; to send security codes and service messages; to provide support; to meet legal obligations; and to improve the service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the platform (for example hosting and email delivery), with payment providers when needed to process a payment, and with authorities when the law requires it. On the Public Results page and in tournament leaderboards your name is shown only in a masked form.

4. Storage and security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Verification and payment images are kept in a private folder that is not publicly accessible and are visible only to authorised administrators. No system is perfectly secure, so you should use a strong password and enable two-step verification.

5. Retention

We keep account, transaction and verification records for as long as your account is open and for the period required by law after it is closed. Guest demo accounts are deleted automatically after a short time.

6. Your choices

You can update your profile details in your account. You can ask us through support to access, correct or delete your data; we may keep information we must keep by law or to resolve disputes.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a cookie to remember a referral code. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Children

The service is only for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that a minor has registered we will close the account.

We may update this policy and will post the new version here.
