Terms of Service
Last updated: October 29, 2026 · Operator: TS Binary
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using this website you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use online trading services where you live. The service is not available to residents of, or persons located in, any jurisdiction where online trading or binary options are prohibited or restricted. You are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply to you. One person may hold one account.
3. The service
TS Binary provides a platform for fixed-time (binary) trades on the price direction of listed assets. You choose an asset, a direction (UP or DOWN), an amount and a duration. The platform is not a bank, broker-dealer or investment adviser and gives no investment advice.
4. How results are decided
The entry price is the live market price (Binance) at the moment your trade opens. The exit price is the closing price of the one-minute candle containing the closing time. An UP trade wins if the exit price is above the entry price; a DOWN trade wins if it is below. Winning trades are credited with the stake plus the payout percentage shown at the time of the trade. Losing trades forfeit the stake. If the exit price equals the entry price, or if no price data is available for 15 minutes after the closing time, the stake is refunded. Results are computed automatically; administrators cannot change the result of a trade. Entry and exit prices of settled live trades are published on the Public Results page.
5. Pending trades
A pending trade reserves your stake and opens automatically when the live price reaches your trigger level, at the live price at that moment. It is cancelled and the stake returned if you cancel it or it expires.
6. Limits
We may set minimum and maximum trade sizes, a limit on open trades per user, a daily trade limit and a limit on the total open stake per asset and direction. A trade can be rejected when a limit is reached. Limits are shown in your account or returned as an error message.
7. Demo and tournaments
Demo balances and tournament balances are virtual and have no cash value. Tournament prizes, if any, are paid to the live balance of eligible winners after the tournament is finalised, according to the rules shown for that tournament.
8. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited after we verify the payment (transaction ID and, where requested, a screenshot). Payments that are below the minimum, do not match, or cannot be verified may be rejected. Withdrawals are processed manually and may require completed identity verification (KYC). A fee may apply and is shown before you submit. Withdrawals go to the account you specify; we are not responsible for wrong details you enter. Rejected withdrawals are returned to your balance.
9. Bonuses
Any bonus is described on its page, including whether it has conditions. A bonus may be withdrawn, changed or stopped at any time for future claims.
10. Verification, security and fair use
We may ask for identity documents at any time. You must provide true information and keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Multiple accounts, abuse of bonuses, use of stolen funds or payment methods, automated attacks, exploiting errors in prices or the platform, and money laundering are prohibited. We may suspend or close accounts, cancel affected trades and withhold funds as required by law or to investigate misuse.
11. Service availability
Prices come from a third-party feed. The service may be interrupted or prices may be unavailable. If prices cannot be obtained, trades are not opened or are refunded as described above. We are not liable for losses caused by outages of your internet, payment provider or the price feed.
12. Risk
Trading can result in the loss of your entire stake. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. See the Risk Disclosure.
13. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and TS Binary is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions: use the support page in your account.
